Cape-x-ta-sea is split into 2 units, a 4 bedroomed villa and a 2 bedroomed apartment. Three options are available: • The villa separately • The apartment separately • Both the villa & apartment may be let as one unit The villa consists of 3 levels. Upper level: includes a double garage plus additional off street parking. This opens up into an entrance hall with a staircase that leads down into the living area. Living area: has a modern design with an easy flow between the family room, dining room, the lounge, and an indoor pool area. The living area has a generous amount of space, and provides a lovely social domain. The dining room leads out onto a patio where you can relax and soak up the views of the bay.
