Casa Mario is our dream of the sea! Luxurious and incredibly relaxing; but the true asset is the perpetual view of the ocean, whether from the breakfast counter of the kitchen, from the living room or dining room, from the terraces or from two bedrooms, and of course, overwhelming from the roof terrace (and whirlpool). Description: The four bedrooms (on the first floor) are each furnished with a double bed (two with ensuite bathrooms / one with shower and whirlpool, the second with shower). There are also two more bathrooms with luxury showers and toilets; one of them on the ground. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality kitchen utensils and cutlery and has a breakfast bar on the freestanding kitchen island. There is direct access to the basement and underground parking and from there to the shared gym. Of course, terrace furniture is also available. Hot water is supplied by gas, but in summer largely by feeding heat from the solar panels, which are unobtrusively on the roof terrace. In all rooms are air conditioners, which can be operated separately. All bathrooms have towel dryers. In the whole house is free Wi-Fi (internet) available. From the living room to the private garden terrace, it is only a few steps to the shared large infinity pool and a few steps to the tennis court (floodlit). The path behind the house down the hill takes you to the beach in a few minutes, which at this point is still deserted in midsummer; If you go a little further you get to a beach area with a beach restaurant; Shower and toilet. Surroundings: The environment of the house is quiet, almost overslept; If you do not know the Portuguese cuisine, this region of Portugal spoils you with everything you have to offer (especially fresh fish and crustaceans) and at prices where even the ambitious amateur cook asks if it's worth the work and the fun at the stove. Of course, we gladly pass on our restaurant recommendations. Lisbon (about 65 km), Obidos (28 km) and Fatima (122 km) are probably the most culturally outstanding destinations in the area. Peniche (15 km) is one of the topsurfing spots in Europe; here is also a water park with numerous water slides; but also the nearest town Lourinha offers cafes and good shopping; Among other things, three large shopping markets, which are located directly next to each other. In addition, there were extensive dinosaur finds in the area and in Lourinha there is therefore an interesting Dino Museum. From Lourinha there is a good bus connection to Lisbon. In the spring of 2018, the largest dinosaur adventure park in Europe was opened nearby. The path behind the house is part of a designated hiking route along the coastline. Golfers will find 25 minutes to house three, from next year four top golf courses; among them the last course designed by Severiano Ballesteros "Royal Obidos" and the European top course "Praia del Rey" (link course). Comment: The prices are calculated as the total price for up to 4 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Any heating costs incurred will be charged according to consumption. For the 5th to 8th Person will be charged a supplement of 15 € per person per day. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or more. The arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
