During the renovation and furnishing the owner put much emphasis on the details, so that the Mediterranean flair was carried into the interior design, complemented by a modern technical equipment. There are 2 private parking spaces in front of the house. The offer is ideal for a family with up to 6 guests or two couples of friends who appreciate the proximity to the center of Porto Santo Stefano and the wonderful view of the sea. The Neighborhood: Porto Santo Stefano is a characteristic harbor town with winding, romantic streets and a rich gastronomic offer. From here regular ferries leave for the nearby island of Giglio. The beaches are largely rocky and therefore offer a glass of clear water. In the village there are 2 supermarkets (COOP and Simply), where you will find everything for your daily needs. There are several greengrocers in the old town, just follow the scent of fresh fruit. The Argentario peninsula has 2 sandy beaches (La Feniglia and Gianella), ideal for families with children.
