Noce - Cottage with garden and panoramic pool

The NOCE Cottage is part of the Holiday Farmhouse ( Agriturismo) Casa Podere Monti in Casole d'elsa. Casa Podere Monti is completly family run, and it is our own personal commitment to great care of the estate and the gardens to make this place a special one, not just for us but also for all our visitors. Me and my parents work together to keep Casa Podere Monti at its best and to give our guests a complete assistance during the stay. It is in our choice not to have an official reception office. Maybe you need any assistance? or simply have a question? You can knock at our door of our home. There will be always someone available to help you! The Noce Cottage has a private location but not far from the main farm where we live. The Noce Cottage lies in an environment one of the most beautiful that nature can offer : the beautiful Tuscan countryside, with its gentle hills dotted by the regular geometry of vineyards and olive groves. The cottage is a typical barn of the 1600’s, beautifully restored. Every little detail is designed to give its guests an unforgettable holiday in the countryside, among the trees and flowers. That beautiful property develops on two levels. On ground floor there is the sitting room with sofas and satellite tv;the kitchenette very fully equipped with fridge, refrigerator, oven, microwave, 4 burner gas, dishwasher, coffee machine,kettle,toaster etc. On ground floor there is also one of the two bathrooms with XL shower. On first floor there are the 2 very bright and cozy bedrooms with air conditioned. The second bathroom is in romantic tuscan style with XL shower and bright skylight. In front of entrance there is a panoramic patio with view over the hills ,equipped with table,chairs and parasol. The entire property is sourrounded by a green private enclosed garden where one can relax and enjoy the Tuscan sun. The outdoor areas are covered by the wi fi connection. The cottage is connected with the Village Casole by a safe path ( 1 km- 10 min by walking). The area lends itself to a fun filled family holiday, especially when you are interested about the local culture, traditions and meeting the Tuscans. Casole d'elsa is just 1 km from the Holiday House ( there is a well mantained path , illuminated at night) and it is a lovely little town with an exceptionally packed social calendar. You will always find concerts , markets , activities and events that will bring you into the authentic atmosphere. Casole d'Elsa is a small medieval village located 420 m above sea level at the top of the hill. Well ventilated, it has a dry climate and pleasantly temperate. The heart of Casole is the "piazza Lucchetti", the small central square with its historic buildings dating from the Middle Ages, with narrow streets and small shops where you can buy typical products of the region or taste the delicious specialities in the restaurants on the small streets of the center... A characteristic of this small town is certainly the warmth and kindness of people who still live according to the old traditions and rhythms of life without pollution or stress. PLEASE NOTE : Noce cottage is part of the Agriturismo Casa Podere Monti where are present other 5 holiday units for rent. If your dates for the Noce are not available ,please contact us to receive information about the other accommodations present on place. Casa Podere Monti offers 3 apartments and 3 cottages + a panoramic swimming pool. GENERAL INFORMATIONS: 1.Check-in guaranteed not before than 16.00h and until 18.00h. In case of delay ,please contact previously the Owner. 2.Check out by 9:00 am. 3. Delivery of keys by the owner. INCLUDED IN PRICE: TOWELS AND LINEN WITH CHANGE ONCE A WEEK ( SATURDAY) , WATER,GAS,ELECTRICITY WI-FI CONNECTION NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE: FINAL CLEANING (INCLUDED IN THE FINAL BILL), STAY TAX ( 1 EURO PER NIGHT PER PERSON FOR THE FIRST 5 NIGHTS FOR GUESTS OVER 12 ),ADDITIONAL CHANGE OF TOWELS AND LINEN 16 EUROS PER PERSON, MID-CLEANING : 50 EUROS, WASHING MACHINE : 4 EUROS / WASH,BEACH TOWELS 5 EUROS / EACH,BABY COT WITH SHEETS AND TOWELS :20 EUROS PER STAY. PLEASE NOTE : Change of towels and bed-linen is once a week and cleaning of the cottage is upon departure. The rental cost does not include cleaning during guests stay (example: if you stay two weeks, you will find the cottage spotless upon your arrival, but will not clean a second time at the end of First week). Of course, if necessary, it will perform the second cleaning for an extra charge of € 50.00 and in that second case we will change personally the bedding. Use of swimming pool is included and it is open from April to 30. October. We organize cooking classes in our family home every week.
