The house is located in a very quiet dead end a few meters from the Public Garden and Place Tourny, in the center of Bordeaux. Its location is ideal: less than 10 minutes from the Grand Theater and the Place des Quinconces, you can discover the essentials of the city on foot. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. You can enjoy a landscaped terrace with Jacuzzi spa. Private parking is available on site. The capacity of 10 people is interesting for families, seminars ... However, evenings are not allowed in the house in order to respect the neighborhood. An outbuilding (owners' private accommodation) has independent access from the garage and opens onto the house terrace. The owners reserve the right of access to the garage and to their private outbuilding at any time. Check-in: 5 p.m. Check-out: 12 noon
