Alfresco outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, front lawn and paddocks beyond. There is an outdoor fire pit as well for those cooler evenings. The property is fully air-conditioned but also has an open fireplace. Outdoor BBQ and fully fenced pool area. However please note that as this is a rural property there are unfenced dams and creeks nearby so non-swimmers and small children should be supervised. Please note that the furnishings are too a high standard and we don't allow parties or large groups. Any significant parties without owners consent will result in forfeiture of damage deposit.
