Here is a detailed offer from the Villa Marietta property: On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single and one sofa bed, one bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, second bathroom en-suite with shower and a toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with is a sofa bed, it offers free Wi-Fi. The first floor (pool level) is offering a modern interior with a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms, and a family bathroom with a washing machine. Outside in front of the house is a beautiful garden with a swing, and behind the house, toward the pool area, you have a BBQ place with an outdoor dining area and table soccer, and an entrance to a sauna room. A few steps up take you to the heated pool area where you have 5 lounge chairs and parasols. Next to the pool area, there is a new outdoor dining area, and entrance to the first floor with brand new two en-suite bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper plateau next to the heated pool there is a big cage for birds and there are several sorts of pigeons inside, so the children find it interesting to watch. Here you can enjoy your privacy in the natural environment and a lot of places to choose where to read your favorite book and simply enjoy the unspoiled surroundings. One more positive thing and the additional offer is the possibility of horse riding 4 km from the villa. There are 2 parking places secured in front of the property.
