The directly adjoining, spacious living-dining area offers plenty of space to relax, read, play and of course eat. If you want to do sports, you will find high-quality fitness equipment in the sports conservatory. An outdoor table tennis table with rackets and balls can be used on the terrace in front of the house. A small highlight is the in-house 3-seater Canadian "Blue Moon" including paddle paddles and life jackets. The two bedrooms are equipped with a large futon double bed or two single beds, another television and wardrobes. The large bathroom offers a corner bath, shower, sink and spacious furniture.
