The Space: The villa consists of two levels. On the ground level there is an open plan space which features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a fireplace. On the same level there is a WC and two bright bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a double bed and the other two singles. There are two spacious bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds and a single sofa bed. There is also a private fireplace in the master bedroom. All bedrooms of the property are air conditioned! There are several spacious and equipped balconies towards almost every direction and a large lawn and olive tree garden with plenty of relaxing sitting area. Our luxurious swimming pool is there, along with a covered furnished pergola, a play area for our your guests and a private tennis court (the tennis equipment is included). By the big pool you will enjoy the sun while having a refreshing drink and in the green garden you will spend relaxing moments surrounded by colourful Mediterranean fauna. Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive access to all the areas of the villa its private pool and garden space. The Neighborhood: Our villa is situated 800m from the infamous, beautiful sandy beach of Halikouna, only 3km away from the cosmopolitan village of Agios Mattheos and 4km of the city of Moraitika. There is a bakery nearby, a mini-market within 1km and a super-market 3km away, that all deliver to the villa upon arrangement with them. The distance from the port of Leukimmi is 26km and from the city, port and airport of Kerkira is 45km. On the coastline you will find many restaurants, traditional taverns, beach-bars, water sports and activities, small cruises, boat rentals and an intense nightlife. The area also offers many beaches that can satisfy every preference, from organized and cosmopolitan to quitter and more secluded. Some of them are Prasoudi (4km), Kanouli (4km), Paramonas (7km), Issos (12km), Marathia (18km), Gardenos (22km), Molos (26km), Bouka (27km), Alikes (27km), Leukimmi (28km), Kanoula (29km), Pandatika (29km), Arkoudila (32km). The island offers many options when it comes to activities as there are many spots where you can go paragliding, diving, hiking and horse riding on trails of rare natural beauty, as well as water sports like wind-surfing and water ski.
