First Floor Roundel Master bedroom (sleeps 2) king size French antique bed, TV, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table.En suite bathroom with bath and shower. Double bedroom (sleeps 2), double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Twin bedroom (sleeps 2) which can be configured to a double bed (on request), TV, wardrobe with drawers under. Family bathroom with shower. Outside Terrace with table and chairs seating 10 Charcoal BBQ The property has an electric car charging point. Please note there is a charge of £10 a day for usage, payable directly to the owner if used during your stay. At the property we provide, towels, bed linen, kitchen supplies (washing up liquid, tea towels etc) and toilet rolls ready for you when you arrive Under occupancy discount for smaller groups applies (please note only 3 bedrooms will be available for this size group) Cot, stairgate and highchair available Pets by arrangement only (note: pets are not permitted upstairs in the property). This part of the house is sometimes occupied The house is set back from the A28 which has a 30 MPH limit. There is a pub located to the side of the property The property has central heating.
