Villino Mare e Tramonti is a holiday home less than 200 meters away from the sea of Porto Cesareo, one of the most loved tourist destinations in Salento thanks to its beautiful beaches. The house is in a quiet area, within walking distance from the city centre. It can accommodate up to 9 guests and it`s pet friendly (small-sized pets only). The holiday home near the sea in Porto Cesareo It`s on a queit street within walking distance from the centre of Porto Cesareo, the small villa is introduced by a fenced outdoor space that can be used as parking area, a furnished porch with table, chairs and deckchairs, ideal during lunch or dinner and equipped with barbecue grill. the small villa consists of a large living room with dining area and sitting room, the adjacent kitchenette equipped with a small oven and a dishwasher. This room has access to the outdoor furnished area with sink and shower, useful after a day at the beach. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: a four-bed room with double bed, bunk beds and ensuite bathroom, a triple bedroom with double bed, single bed and ensuite bathroom and a double bedroom with pertinent bathroom with tub and washing machine. Every bedroom is air conditioned and equipped with television (except for the family room that doesn't have tv). The surroundings of the holiday home The holiday home is 200 meters away from the sea, 300 meters away from the closest sandy beach and a few minutes away from the sandy beaches and crystal clear water which made Porto Cesareo one of the most loved tourist destinations. The centre of Porto Cesareo, with its amenities, is 900 meters away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Only small pets admitted. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 66 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
