Cythera, it simply has it all. When you arrive at this two-storey property you find yourself on the top floor, where bright and comfortable living awaits. Make yourself at home on the couch with that book you’ve been dying to delve into, or enjoy the fantastic entertainment system on offer. A Smart TV fitted with a sound system offers a cinematic viewing experience, while Bluetooth functionality means you can also play your favourite music right from your own device! Heat pump technology allows you to set just the right temperature at the touch of a button, and on those mid-year getaways a wood burning fireplace ensures you’re toasty warm. Cythera also has your connectivity covered, with unlimited complimentary WIFI available. A generous and fully equipped dine-in kitchen features bi-fold doors that allow that seamless indoor-outdoor flow on to the deck. You’ll find the main bedroom (complete with a Smart TV), a bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath plus the convenience of a separate toilet, upstairs at Cythera. Downstairs there are two bedrooms (both fitted with Freeview capability TV’s), a bathroom, an additional guest toilet plus a laundry room. The largest of the two downstairs bedrooms has the capability of sleeping up to 5 guests. There is ample parking here at Cythera, with space for five cars, or four cars plus a small boat or jetski! With a lockable storage shed on site, you can also bring along your beach and water toys no problem. It’s just 950m down to the wharf and Mary Beach Reserve, and also to the town centre and the Pepe Reserve and beach. Ocean Beach is a five-minute drive for swimming, surfing, or just lazing on the white sand. A slice of paradise waits to host your stay, here at Cythera! The total price for your booking will include Bachcare’s cleaning and linen service fee, which will be paid as part of your booking. Other things to note: Please be aware a section of the right-hand driveway at Cythera is slightly elevated from the main driveway resulting in a drop. While a handrail is not required to be fitted there is a raised kick board, so caution is advised if guests are in this area. Guests should take care when accessing the property as there is a steep driveway. Please be aware that the ground floor deck and bathroom at this property can only be accessed via bedroom 3. There is an additional toilet in the laundry and access to a patio on this floor that do not require you to pass through the bedroom. Please note the double bunk bed has a double and single mattress.
