Ohana, meaning 'Welcome' in Hawaiian boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making it perfect for your large group of 8 guests, is spread over two floors with an extensive first floor balcony which overlooks the crystal clear waters of Geographe Bay . The spacious first-floor kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, (with separate grill) gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher with plenty of worktop space in order to prepare your family meal. Enjoy a nice coffee with the Nespresso coffee machine supplied. The expansive family living area, which is bathed in natural light allowed in by the floor to ceiling windows, consists of a large 10 placing dining table and two lounges where you can relax and watch your favourite TV show on the large screen smart TV. This area is heated by a wood combustion heater and also the reverse cycle air conditioning. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, a good sized en-suite with a bath, walk-in robe, a TV and reverse cycle air conditioning.. This is the only bedroom on the first floor and opens up onto the balcony. The other three bedrooms are all situated on the ground floor, two of which boast king sized beds, and a queen bedding the remaining bedroom. These three bedrooms share a further two bathrooms, which both have showers, with one also boasting a bath. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. Ohana is the ideal holiday home for pets and children with the large secure garden. Please note: Pets are not permitted in any of the bedrooms. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Linen is optional & can be ordered at checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bath mat, hand and face towel(s). If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. This property is self catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
