Our charming residence offers an exceptional environment with a view of the preserved hills of the Pic Saint Loup region and a private wooded property of one hectare with swimming pool. Beautiful hikes in the middle of nature are possible from our house. The village center of Assas is a 15-minute walk away. It offers all the basic shops and services: grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, nurses, etc. The beaches are about thirty minutes away. Montpellier historic center 20 minutes. Many leisure activities are available in this Camargue universe populated by horses and bulls. A great vacation in perspective. Hello, As soon as you will reach our house I will be there to take care of my guests. Our house is located in a midst of wooden hills in a private large estate of one ha surrounded by pine and oak trees, horses and bulls of our Camargue area. From there you can follow wild trails, do horse riding or bike away from the maddening crowd. You can also visit the exceptional Cevennes mountains and their medieval wonders. If you like beaches activities you just have to drive 25 minutes to reach the sea and the medieval town of Montpellier. In our village you will find groceries store, drugstore, doctors and nurses, bakers and so on. I am sure you will have a wonderfull stay in our house on the hill.
