The Space: The apartment is situated on the first floor of a beautiful lakeside villa in the Gulf of Brezzo di Bedero. Furnished in a modern and contemporary style to a high standard, the property is situated right on the lakeside and is an idyllic spot from which to enjoy a stay in this beautiful region of Italy. The property enjoys its own independent entrance, accessed via a large private terrace. The terrace is surrounded on 2 sides by greenery ensuring privacy for guests. The other side is open to allow guests to make the most of the wonderful lake views. Inside there is a master bedroom enjoying views of the lakeside. There is also an open plan living room with kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with hob, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. In addition there is a very large bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet and a separate dressing area with storage cabinets. A further room can either be used as a second bedroom with double sofa bed, or can be kept as a separate living area. There is satellite TV with TVs in both the open plan living and dining area and in the second bedroom / living area. The property has free wifi internet access throughout. Outside there is a private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining and equipped with BBQ. All these facilities means it will be very hard to drag yourself away from the property to do any sightseeing! This truly is a relaxing and memorable place to stay. For those wishing to bring a boat, there are buoys and a dock. There is private parking for 1 vehicle. Guests are also welcome to use facilities at the Hotel Camin in Colmegna which is a short drive away. Here there is a sauna, jacuzzi and private beach area with parasols and sun loungers. Guest Access: Guests have sole use of the entire apartment. The property also shares some services with 2 other apartments located within the building, namely a reading area, laundry room and private beach area. The Neighborhood: This is a beautiful apartment on the lakeside and in a great position for sightseeing in the area. Getting Around: Whilst it is only a few minutes drive to the nearest shops and restaurants, there aren't any pavements on the road leading to the nearest towns and villages and so a car is required. Other Things to Note: There is nothing better than being directly on the lake when holidaying in the Italian Lakes. This apartment allows you to access the lake water from a private beach area shared with just 2 other properties within the building. It's an idyllic setting and ideal if you fancy hiring a boat since there are buoys available to use for a small extra charge.
