** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups ** We do not permit pets. You will enjoy the luxury of being able to walk to the beach when you stay at this modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double storey townhouse. Located a convenient 200 metres from the front beach and the walking/bike track (this can take you all the way into Sorrento), it is easy to avoid the traffic. The Peninsula Hot Springs is a 5 minute drive away and there are many wineries and golf courses close by. Or you can simply stay home and enjoy the time soaking in the beautiful spa and relax whilst lounging in the alfresco/court yard area. There's comfy lounge chairs and a large dining table. There are also 4 beach chairs and a beach bag for your use. This townhouse would equally suit 1 or 2 families, with a living room, split system air conditioning unit and TV (with Foxtel) upstairs as well as downstairs. It's very family friendly with two portacots and two high chairs (available upon prior request) at the property. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The main bathroom has a bath. There is also WiFi. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - 3 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE Master bedroom (downstairs) - queen bed, TV, WIR, ensuite 2nd bedroom (upstairs) - queen bed, ceiling fan, BIR 3rd bedroom (upstairs) - 2 x single bunks (ie sleeps 4 people) Linen can be hired at an additional charge, price on application. Please note that we only rent to family groups or mature adults. Definitely no schoolies.
