Upstairs, there is a kitchen, plus a sitting room with a dining area, a spiral staircase to a mezzanine snug, and doors leading out to a decked roof terrace where you can sit with a drink in the sunshine and enjoy the sensational views over the garden towards the sea. There are open, mature gardens to the front and side, an enclosed courtyard to the back with furniture, and parking in a car port and on the paved drive. You can also find secure storage for your bikes and golf clubs. With so many walks nearby, and the beach just a 10-minute walk away, Boathouse is the perfect getaway for friends and families.
