Farmhouse The Barn in Costa Brava

The barn is perfect for 4 (and exceptionally up to 6) guests. Situated in an idyllic and quiet village, the property is close to everything you can dream of: beautiful beaches, a national heritage, castles, many shopping possibilities and plenty of excellent restaurants in the villages of l'Escala and Torroella. The barn has a double bedroom in the first floor, two beds on the mezzanine and a small bedroom with a bunkbed for two in the ground floor. It has a open kitchen in the large living room downstairs, which accesses the private terrace right in front of the house. From there you reach the garden and pool, that are shared with the contiguous larger Cottage. The barn is situated in an idyllic and quiet 22 house village close to several beaches (4 kilometres). The village is located in a national heritage park that can be explored by foot, by bike (there are two bikes available, more can be rented in l'Escala) or boat, as the park also comprises a maritime part. Bellcaire can be easily reached by foot (it is only 1,5 kilometres from Sobrestany), l'Escala by bike (4 kilometres on a country road with almost no traffic), the same as Torroella (8 kilometres). Girona is only 30 minutes away, it's airport 40 minutes; Barcelona can be reached by car (90 minutes), train (from Flaçà or Girona) or bus.
