Come and experience the comfort and convenience of our whole house rental , with WIFI and cable and smart TV, this beautiful two-story house is located in a very quiet, gated community. There is a covered porch with a bamboo seating. and hammocks. On the first floor is a spacious open concept living room/, dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen and a half bath. On the second floor is another living room, a terrace with another seating area for our guest to enjoy relaxing while sipping coffee and/or commuting with nature. This level also includes 3 large bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and hot and cold shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds with tv and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds all are airconditioned. Wardrobe and dresser are also provided in each room. There is a private parking inside the fence house and free off-street parking. And taxi service can be hailed on the main road, just a minute away. there is a private pool with 100 pesos additional cost for each person if they want to use and can e arranged for private swimming for agreed cost. We can also make arrangement for pick up and private transportation for agreeable cost, we have a 10-12 seating capacity Van and driver for hire. karaoke is also available for rent.
