This beautiful home consists of a modern kitchen with state of the art appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Espressotoria pods), fridge/freezer, stone bench tops, an island bench, doubled glazed windows with views to the beach and surrounding hills. The open plan living area comprises of high ceilings, a wood fire to stay snug over the winter months, and a dining room overlooking the spacious sun filled timber deck with gorgeous ocean views, timber seating and a BBQ. The expansive master bedroom offers a queen bed, generous walk in robe and ensuite with shower, you will find yourself immersed in complete luxury, tranquillity and drifting off to the sounds of the ocean. The additional 2 bedrooms also offer queen size beds (one has a double floor mattress the other has a single floor mattress for extra guests/children). Each bedroom is equipped with built in robes, high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Otway Retreats offer a personal concierge service to assist with local recommendations, tours, and provisioning the home before your arrival to make your stay that extra bit special! LINEN SUPPLIED We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels This home is not pet friendly There is a Nespresso coffee machine if you would like to bring your own pods. Please make sure they are the larger sized ones as they come in two different sizes. BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 24 hours of your arrival and held until 3 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released. The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking. If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.
