The house has 1 floor: - Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (180 cm bed) with TV, 1 shower room, 1 living room with American kitchen and bar, 1 sofa bed 160 cm (daily bedding provided) - on the 1st: access by 2 independent staircases to 1 large bedroom (1 bed of 180 cm or 2 of 90 cm) contiguous to 1 small bedroom (bed of 90 cm) with 1 bathroom, on the one hand and elsewhere with 1 bedroom (1 bed of 90 cm + 1 drawer bed of 90 cm) and 1 bathroom. Outside : - barbecue - Petanque ground - Ping pong table - Private pool, swimming against the current - in the outbuildings, jacuzzi, winter kitchen and spacious awning offering the possibility of protection from the sun. The house provides sheets and towels. A laundry room offers all the necessary equipment: washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. A safe available. Free baby equipment on request: cot, high chair. On the property: tennis court, trampoline. An old washhouse, which cannot be protected, completes the charm of this property. To note: - the proximity of the swimming pool, even with an alarm, the jacuzzi and the washhouse require permanent supervision of children. These are under the entire responsibility of the Lessee; - alcohol and jacuzzi do not mix - it is forbidden to use "glass" glasses in the jacuzzi, plastic glasses are provided. Internal rules: - Deposit of 1000 € - Cleaning package leaving the premises - Smoking is not allowed in the house but the countryside around you is waiting for you... - To allow travelers who succeed you to benefit in turn from a clean, warm and friendly house, please respect the places and the nature around you.
