Appartamento Venere is a lovely holiday home in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò. It`s on the ground floor of a seafront complex of holiday homes. It accommodates up to 4 guests and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, microwave oven, outdoor shower, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. Appartamento Venere is introduced by a private gate that opens into the porch with curtains and dining area. Moreover, there is an outdoor shower which is very useful after a day at the beach. Appartamento Venere consists of a large living room with dining area, kitchenette with fridge and washing machine and sofa bed for two guests; 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The air conditioning is in the corridor.   The surroundings of Appartamento Venere in Sant`Isidoro Appartamento Venere is a holiday home in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò, with a lovely beach establishment and many amenities. Porto Cesareo, with its beautiful beaches, is a short drive away. It is also close to the natural park of Portoselvaggio, while Nardò is 10 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioning in the corridor.
