Welcome to our charming apartment located in the heart of old Laval, a few steps from the beautiful Place de la Trémoille, and downtown Laval. The plus of this apartment: it is located 1 minute walk from all the local shops (bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser) as well as the city market every Tuesday and Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. This freshly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment is the perfect pied-à-terre for your business or leisure stay. The access to the apartment is only possible on foot because it is a pedestrian street, but a large parking lot is 100 m from the apartment at the level of the Multipurpose Hall. To move around, its location is ideal, you can do everything on foot. A bus stop is nevertheless very close to the accommodation and is located Place de la Trémoille. This apartment is composed of a living room including a lounge area with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle ...). - The night area is a real little cocoon with its fake fireplace, a double bed and a wardrobe. - And finally you will find a bathroom, with a modern and bright shower, washbasin, and towel dryer, as well as a washing machine. For your parking, you can park for free in the parking lot of the Salle Polyvalente where many spaces are available. Alternatively, you can also park in the Acacias square, which is subject to a charge between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Arrivals are from 3:00 pm and departures before 11:00 am. Arrival and departure times are flexible according to the availability of the accommodation. Please note that when the departure time is fixed, it is not modifiable. On your arrival, a locker box will allow you to collect the keys to your accommodation. All the details will be communicated to you before your arrival. For your greater comfort, a cleaning fee will be charged. These include the installation of clean sheets and towels for each guest, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, cotton swab), as well as cleaning* of the accommodation on your departure. *COVID-19 : In order to guarantee your safety and to fight against the spread of the virus, we have adopted a strict health charter concerning the cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations in accordance with the recommendations made by the health authorities.
