In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Accommodation description: A stay here means waking up at the edge of the forest, overlooking vast meadows. The forests of Alphen - Chaam, just south of Breda, are characterised by large deciduous trees with various walking paths, cycle paths and a challenging mountain bike route. This lovely holiday home breathes an atmosphere that fits perfectly here. The thatched roof, thick walls and warm colours give this house a homely atmosphere while still offering plenty of room for 8 people. On the ground floor you will find the 4 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a large living room with a long dining table in the middle. This dining table is the place where you can dine with family or friends, play games and chat. Upstairs is another large living area where you can pop into a beanbag with a good book or where children can play while the parents downstairs are having a good conversation. When staying here, a visit to Breda is definitely recommended in every season. For example, climb Grote Kerk or take a canal cruise. Also a visit to the Efteling or Beekse Bergen is not far away. And what about a trip through the Biesbosch? In short, there are plenty of possibilities for a wonderful holiday.
