The property of the Villa Jakomici Prestige extends over 500m², with two residential unites which can be rented only as a single unit occupies area of 244 m². Each residential unite spreads over two floors – ground floor and first floor, has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. From the garden, you enter the open space on the ground floor of the bigger residential house. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with selection of wines which are at your disposal (paid upon consumption), there is a dining table and a comfortable living room with a sofa and LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and Play Station 4. The whole space is dominated by neutral and industrial colours, and the indoor fireplace gives a special warmth to the whole space. On this floor there is one additional toilet. The stairs lead to the first floor which features 3 en-suite bedrooms. First room is the master bedroom with double bed, fireplace, terrace, and private bathroom with hot tub. Second room is twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and in third bedroom there is another double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have LCD smart TVs. From the main terrace on the property, you enter the wellness area where you will find sauna and lounge where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The central place of Villa Jakomici Prestige in the carefully maintained garden is occupied by a swimming pool (55m²) surrounded by modern sun loungers. On the plateau near the pool, there is a comfortable seating set and an outdoor shower. In the same area where you will find a summer kitchen with dining furniture, as well as barbecue and pizza oven. This area is an ideal place for hanging out and relaxing in good company and enjoying magnificent Istrian specialties for which this region is famous. The luxurious 650m² garden with large swimming pool and citrus, maple and olive trees is a lovely place to idle away the day in the open air. Active guests will love the table tennis, as well as the 10 bicycles they can use to explore the surrounding nature and the towns on trails with nearly no traffic whatsoever. From the main terrace of Villa Jakomici Prestige we enter the space on the ground floor of the smaller house. Here is a living room with comfortable sofa and LCD smart TV. There is also equipped kitchen, dining area and additional toilette. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where two bedrooms are – one is a master bedroom with double bed, armchair, terrace with lounge chairs and private bathroom with shower. Another bedroom has double bed and private bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and LCD smart TV. It is situated in the very centre of Istrian peninsula, only 30 km away from well-known tourist centres. The intensity of life here is pretty much the same in winter and summer, with the monthly exception of every first Tuesday, when a flood of curious buyers from all over the Istria runs into the town to visit the traditional Pazin Market. Rabac is the major tourist resort on the eastern coast of the Istrian Peninsula, some 40 kilometers away from Pula-Pola and only five kilometers from Labin.
