Dream house at the Ria d'Etel

At the end of a calm dead end bordering the Ria d'Etel, you will be charmed by the landscape and the calm that are offered to you. The house has a view of the Ria d'Etel from almost every room. Access to a small beach is 20 m from the house. You can swim in it safely or look for shells at low tide. In the house there is a garage with a shower room, a ping pong table and a table football. On the first floor there is a large American kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bedroom and a WC with sink. A large wooden terrace invites you to eat or relax. On the second floor there are four bedrooms and a large bathroom with WC. There is a large enclosed garden of around 900 m2. A bakery is very close and the other shops are in Belz (10 min. By car). The large beaches are 5-10 min. by car. For athletes you can practice surfing, kite-surfing, diving or horse riding (Plouhinec, Erdeven, Etel). For all, a hiking path runs along the property and allows you to stroll along the ria (superb views). Cities like Pont-Aven, Concarneau, Lorient, Auray, Vannes are not far away and invite you to go on great outings.
