The absolute highlight of the property is its beautiful outdoor area where you will find a generous pool, sunbeds, an outdoor kitchen with a rustic barbecue, a lounge area and a dining table. Take a dip in the pool after sunbathing on one of the sunbeds, prepare a delicious meal in the barbecue and serve it at the dining table or relax on one of the sofas with a glass of wine in the evening. Here you will also find a playground where children can play safely while their parents relax under the sun. You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (30-600m; 1-7 minutes walking), while the closest beach, Platja des Capellans, can be reached after 21 minutes driving (19.8km). Guests can also go on a day trip to the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca (32 minutes driving, 42km), and discover everything it has to offer such as its beautiful architecture and its white sandy beaches. The airport of the island is just 34 minutes away by car (36km). The property is also aimed at cyclists who want to practice cycling on the island of Mallorca, as it has a special room for storing bicycles and their maintenance.
