The house is located in the hamlet of Verginate, a 'magic and charming location' overlooking the lake Como just one hour drive away from Milan. The house, completely rebuilt in 2010, consists of 5 apartaments everyone with private entrance and parking. The two storey apartment no 705 sq mt 100 consists of: First floorl: living-room kitchen and balcony lake view, Second mansard floor minimun high mt 1,70: one master bed-room and one bed-room with 3 single beds lake view, second bathroom. Harmony and nature without missing all the attractions that the Alpine Region, Milan and Bergamo offer. Enjoy the evening lights of the villages lake side sitting on the balcony tasting a good glass of wine........ The town of Bellano is a short drive away where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, the Marina and sailing club, Railway station (trains to Milan) , public boats for touring aroung the lake. The lovely and characteristic Varenna and Villa Monastero is 6 km far away, also there you can take the ferry to vist Bellagio and Menaggio. A mountain road steep and narrow in some places to reach the house; at the moment, there are 50 mt of no asphalted. No spider no trolley. Take note that in google maps our house seems to be overlooking the motorway Milan - Colico while this runs in a tunnel.
