The Space: There are two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, 50" TV's and built in designer wardrobes. A huge living area with 3 luxury Chesterfield sofas, a plush blue velvet sofa bed and a 55" Smart television offers a perfect place to relax. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine and also a huge dining table - perfect for home cooking and socialising. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment via a private entrance! The Neighborhood: The apartment has it's own private entrance on a quiet road so this is perfect for guests looking for a relaxed stay and no bothering from neighbours. Getting Around: Everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! If you wish to venture further afield there are plenty of transport links in the city centre with Lime Street train station and Liverpool One bus station all a short stroll away. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay.
