The villa is located close to Ciudad Quesada center, at the south of the province of Alicante. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with availability for 6 adults. If necessary we can provide a cot, chair and a bathtub for children younger than 3 years old. It has a magnificent private pool, and It is treated all the year to be ready for the people who come to our property, Wi-Fi, and parking place inside the plot. It has been renovated in April ´17. Because many people live here all year round, you can find all kinds of open services such as restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, medical, beauty centers and wellness, all kinds of local trade, public transport and private (taxis), gas station , water park in the summer at the same village. It is an ideal place as a golf destination, because it has a golf course called La Marquesa in the same village and other 15 golf courses within 40 kilometers from the property. There are some big shopping centers next such as Habaneras or La Zenia Boulevard, where you can find first clothing brands, cinemas, restaurants and all amenities. Te nearest beaches are in Guardamar del Segura and La Mata, six kilometers away from the house.
