Charming holiday home with pool – Villa Neo

Villa Neo is situated in a quiet residential area in the popular holiday resort of Cala Murada and can accommodate 8 people. The holiday house with light-flooded rooms offers on 2 floors an air-conditioned living room, a well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with en suite bathrooms on the ground floor) and a further bathroom. In addition, the child-friendly house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a satellite TV, a baby cot, a high chair and a parking lot. Outside there are several terraces (one of which is covered), a pool, sun loungers and a barbecue. Here you can end the day relaxing with a meal together and a glass of wine. Thanks to the central location you can reach cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities in a few minutes on foot and the next bay in 12 minutes walking distance. Further fine sandy beaches are only a few minutes away by car. Groups under the age of 30 are not allowed! Each of the rooms is air-conditioned, but you pay the air conditioning when using (coin box): 0.25€ /kwh so 1€/4kwh (=2h are 100% performance of the device, so plan at least 1-2€ per day and per device). -
