In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This beautiful, semi-detached holiday home is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is ideal, within walking distance of various restaurants. It is located in the small village of Wörth, 3 km from picturesque Rauris. From the house you have a beautiful view of the mountains. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living/dining room with a cosy fireplace where you can warm up after a day of skiing. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has a walk-in wardrobe, and 2 bathrooms. In addition, there is a wellness area with 2 extra showers, a Klafs sauna with sanarium, an infrared sauna and deck chairs. This room can be used as an additional bathroom. In the playroom, a game of table football or darts can be played and there is a desk. In the storage room there is a ski/snowboard rack, a heated ski boot holder, a washing machine and dryer. From the storage room you can go directly outside, so you don't have to walk through the house with skis, shoes, etc. There are 3 parking places of which 2 under the carport and you have a south-facing garden at your disposal. Rauris has a varied and modern ski area. The altitude of the ski area reaches 2175 meters. From here you have a breathtaking view on the highest mountain of Austria, the Großglockner (3798 meter). The skiing area is conveniently arranged and has plenty of easy descents. There are excellent practice slopes, ski schools with playing fields and magic carpet lifts. This makes the ski area very popular with families with children. The ski bus is included in the price of the ski pass. Would you like to ski somewhere else for a day? The Gasteinertal, Zell am See and the Hochkönig region are easily accessible. The Rauriser valley is also known for its many touring skiing and cross-country skiing possibilities and winter hiking trails. Rauris is situated in a narrow green valley and is surrounded by mountains that belong to the National Park Hohe Tauern. Within 30 minutes you can reach the famous glacier of Kaprun. You can ski here all year round! In Rauris you have access to a walking network with more than 295 km of marked trails. There are hiking trails for all levels, where you can choose from daytrips, thematic hiking trails and multiple day hiking trails. Guided walks are also possible. Rauris is situated in a water rich environment, from waterfalls to mountain lakes, small streams and brooks. A visit to "Wasserspielplatz Summerpark Rauris" is worthwhile, as the name already says, this park has all kinds of nice play equipment in the water. For a refreshing dive during a hot day you can visit the Freibad - Sonnblickbad Rauris. An active holiday is also possible, with extensive cycling and mountain biking routes, canyoning, rafting and via ferrata in the beautiful Kitzloch Gorge.
