You will be evicted if this rule is broken. ** Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023) ** The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Friday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us. ** Where will I be? ** Bay Breeze at Blenheim is located in the sought after southern end of Vincentia - a five minute walk down a bush track or one minute drive to the beautiful Blenheim Beach.Take the White Sands track along the stunning coastline to Greenfields beach or a further 20 minutes to Hyams Beach. Should you need supplies, Bay Breeze at Blenheim is very centrally located only 5 minutes away from a Coles supermarket and many specialty shops ** Why choose Bay Breeze? ** Bay Breeze is a newly renovated and well equipped beach house with every detail thought of for your stay. ** How is the property laid out? ** Bay Breeze is a newly renovated two storey house, configured as follows: Downstairs - enter the property from downstairs into a modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave,dishwasher, large fridge,ovenand dining area. There is one queen size bedroom, one bathroom with large shower, toilet and basin and a laundry with basin and toilet - all on this level. Upstairs - upstairs has a spacious living area with 2 comfy lounge suites, large flat screen TV and ocean glimpses out over the deck. There is a main queen bedroom with a door to the deck and ocean glimpses, and a kids' bedroom with bunk bed and tri bunk. ** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? ** This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B! ** What about outdoors? ** Bay Breeze has an undercover outdoor area at the front of the property with table setting for six, a large Beef Eater gas BBQ, and a hot and cold outdoor shower.Upstairs hasa deck opening up from the living area with views to the ocean. ** Keeping warm or staying cool?! ** Bay Breeze has reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs ** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? ** Bay Breeze provides linen and bath towels, please however remember to bring your favourite beach towel ** Parking for cars, boats etc? ** There is off street, open air parking for three cars on the gravel driveway ** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? ** Bay Breeze is a pet friendly property. Please ensure you do not let your pets on the beds or furniture and please clean up after your furry family member. The backyard is fully fenced and is about 1 metre high. ** What are the minimum stay rules? ** There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January. ** Are there any special Peak Season rules? ** Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. ** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? ** This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7 customer service - emergency calls only after hours, please.
