A nice private pool and a beautiful garden full of flowers complete the picture, making the place a dreamy destination where to spend a relaxing holiday. The villa is furnished with care and offers in total 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 spacious and comfortable living areas with sofa, a fireplace and TV, and 2 equipped kitchen. The house is a two floors villa with 2 apartments (one on each floor). Each apartment is independent and connected only thrugh the garden. When the pool is closed you can either rent both floors or only one floor f you are a smaller group. Villa Corallo is perfect for a large group or more families travelling together. Each apartment can accommodate up to 7 adults. It is also possible to have a cot (on request) if you travel with a baby. Next to the pool area is an external kitchen with a large dining area, a fresh place where to have you meals while admiring the Sea and breathing its scent... A barbecue is also available. A free Wi-Fi access is provided and a private parking space for 2 cars is available right inside the property. A large and fenced garden surrounds the terrace, equipped with tables, chairs, sun beds and all you need to relax! Just outside the property you will find a short footpath/stairway descending directly to the sea (90 steps). There you will find some platforms on the rocks where to rest and have sun baths. This corner of nature is almost private as it's accessible only by the few properties in the surroundings. Other beaches (sandy) can be reached in a few minutes driving. The villa is located just a few minutes drive from Bagheria, historic town next to Palermo, where you will find museums, historic villas (to visit!), shops, cinemas and much more. Nearby is Porticello, a small town where you can always find fresh fish, and at a few Km are the beautiful beaches of Cefalù and Altavilla. Within reasonable distances you will find the main touristic points of interest such as Palermo (at only 15Km), the Aeolian Islands, the Etna, Syracuse, Taormina, Ustica, Selinunte, etc.. The swimming pool is private and for your use only. The pool is open from mid April to end of October (but it can be extended on request, if possible) making the villa ideal to enjoy a self-catering holiday also off season, if the nearby sea is not warm enough to bath. Many other extra services, such as extra daily cleanings, private chef, private chauffeur and many more are available on request. The closest Restaurants and bars are at 5-10 minutes walk and you will find many others at 1.5 Km, including supermarkets/grocery stores. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR FURTHER DETAILS AND USEFUL INFORMATION. Please Note: - Final cleaning and all mandatory costs (water, electricity, gas supply and linen) are included in the price. - Check-in is possible after 15. It can be extended on request, if possible. Please ask before booking. - The sea is accessible by a stairway (90 steps) and through a wild public path. Children must be supervised! The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021. *The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
