Over 3 floors the family-friendly vacation home has an air-conditioned, spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (4 of them air-conditioned) and 4 bathrooms. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a baby bed and a satellite TV. Parking is available on the street. The townhouse has 2 terraces that will entice you to spend relaxed hours in the open air. One of them is located on the ground floor and has a dining table and a barbecue. On the 2nd terrace, which is on the 1st floor, you can enjoy wonderful views of the old town and the Mediterranean landscape while taking a sunbath. The pool provides for much-needed refreshment. Restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are a 5 minutes’ walk away; the bay of Alcúdia with its fine sandy beach is about 15 minutes away by car. The vacation home is situated in the middle of a quiet residential area and is not suitable for youth groups and parties.
