On the mezzanine, a bedroom with queen size 160 and mattress made in France. The Patio Loiseau is appreciated for its calm, parties and events are prohibited for the well being of our residents. Located near the train station, in a quiet and residential area, the patio of Loiseau is a small private building with an interior patio courtyard. Place of relaxation, the patio also allows access by the external staircase to 5 apartments that can accommodate one and up to 6 people for the largest. Ideally located close to all the shops of the daily and a few steps from public transport (tram and bus) you can discover the many hidden assets of the city of Le Mans. For motor sport enthusiasts, the 24h circuit of Le Mans is only 20 minutes by tram. The taste of hospitality and decoration led martine and her husband, the owners of the establishment to completely renovate this old building in 5 lofts with private garages served by a central patio where you can relax. You can also rent a fully equipped office for your professional appointments. Martine is present at the scene at certain times of the day, but you can access your apartment independently in case of staggered hours. Everything is done to make your stay as easy as possible.
