Beautifull villa near to the sea and beach Timiama with large green gard

Villa Ferula is located in the private housing complex of Serr e Morus , a complex of luxury villas with access allowed only to guard and inhabitants. The villa has an area of about 8000 square meters in Mediterranean vegetation, mastic, juniper, olive, myrtle and various species of cacti. The villa has a special structure with a part of the house the living daily with a spacious kitchen with all appliances , dining room for many people and living room with a Tv. Inside the living room looks out on a porch in a square shape that has a central cloister in green meadow with colorful bougainvillea and hibiscus . In the gallery you alternate between 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living area is equipped with sun beds, table and deck chairs to relax and enjoy the peace that offers the shaded and airy porch. The rooms are 2 double and 4 twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 bathroom with laundry. Outside veranda in connection with the kitchen here you will find a large table with chairs for dining and a barbecue. From the open gallery inside the house there are stairs to a covered terrace on the rooftop furnished with cozy sitting area overlooking the property. The large park with lights that create a special atmosphere in the evening also features a pizza oven and barbecue area and a large lit table surrounded by greenery of the garden. About 400-500 m there is the lovely beach Timiama and Port Giunco . The beach has fine white sand and the sea has colors ranging from pale turquoise to blue . The villa is equipped with digital TV, WI-FI, washing machine, dishwasher , ceiling fans , parking place. Separate there is to pay for consumption of gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels € 60 for person for week ( children under 5 years don't pay), final cleaning € 200. The towels and bed linen will be changed once a week. It is possible to hire cots and/ or high chairs for children. There is also the possibility to hire Wi-Fi € 50 for week. On request we can arrange babysitting and weekly cleaning. Security deposit € 1000, to give back after checking the villa before departure. Villasimius is a town that applies the stay taxe. In the vicinity of the villa there you will find the golf with 18 holes, the tourist port with it's shops, bar's and restaurants and the possibility to rent boats for daily trips to near island in the sea park of Capo Carbonara.
