La Poulerie - Suite Dépendance

La Poulerie will pamper you with fine furnishings, soft lighting, hydromassage, fascinating views and delightful views of Lake Como. La Poulerie is located within the pedestrian village of Burano in the municipality of Montemezzo, less than 100 meters from the parking area. On two floors, the house has a comfortable hallway / laundry room, a wardrobe space and a bathroom; on the upper floor there is the living / sleeping area with bed, dresser, table and chairs. Outside, a lovely courtyard surrounded by plants equipped with outdoor table and chairs. The house is equipped with a refrigerator and everything you need for an excellent breakfast with a lake view, but it does not have a kitchen. Nearby several restaurants, pizzerias and taverns will be able to make you taste the specialties of the area with costs appropriate to all budgets. Guests can access La Poulerie from the private entrance located in the courtyard in front of the house. The hosts will welcome guests, explaining their accommodation with their services and will always be available during the stay. La Poulerie was made with quality products that make it a unique, comfortable and warm environment. It is recommended to pay due attention to the surfaces of the furniture, the parquet, the furnishing fabrics and objects in the house. At check-out, the keys must be left inside the lantern located on the window sill next to the upper floor gate. It is strongly recommended not to use the common bubble bath with hydromassage but only those left in the equipment to avoid excessive, unexpected and unwanted amounts of foam!
