We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment. - We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. - If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: On a gently sloping hillside with fantastic views in the picturesque Donnersbachwald you will find a small chalet park. The location is ideal, close to the valley station of the Riesneralm and yet in the middle of nature on a babbling brook. Here you will find this detached and luxuriously furnished chalet. The chalet is located at the outer edge of the park and has an unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an attractive Alpine character with lots of space and luxury. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with wood stove, beautiful wooden floors and old wood on the wall. From the living room you have direct access to a terrace of 9 x 5, lovely and sunny with BBQ and safe for children. The modern kitchen is spacious and equipped with all appliances There are four spacious bedrooms, one with a 2-luxury sofa bed and TV and three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a wonderful Finnish sauna, where you can completely relax after an active day in the mountains. In the winter months, a thick layer of snow turns the Donnersbachtal into a real winter fairy tale. You can choose between two snow-sure ski areas with a total of about 50 km of slopes, the Riesneralm and the Planneralm. The Planneralm is the highest ski village in Styria! If you are staying with children, the Riesneralm with its own 'children's ski area' is highly recommended. Do you want something else than skiing? Then pay a visit to the natural toboggan run near Mörsbachalm. Do you prefer cross-country skiing? At a short distance from the chalet, you can go on the cross-country ski trails. In the summer months you will also find a versatile holiday destination here. There is a challenging 3D archery track, the E-Enduro Bike Park, you can go fly-fishing and the unique "Gipfel" swimming pool at no less than 1900 metres altitude! A heated swimming pool on top of the mountain Riesnerkrispen (1922m) with a 360 degree panoramic view.
