The holiday villa (500 m²) is laid out over three floors sleeping up to 10 people: - The main floor is entered through an elegant hall with stained-glass windows and a piano: it gives you immediately a subtle impression of sophistication that you will feel throughout the villa. It features parquet flooring, decorative ceilings and original wooden windows and doors. The bright and spacious living and dining rooms are very charming and cosy with large windows offering amazing views over the lake. They open out onto the terrace where you can sit, chat and soak up the views on Lake Maggiore. The kitchen has been recently renovated and equipped with all the latest appliances. - The first floor consists of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The three bedrooms on the front of the villa share a terrace for lazy lakeview relaxing: one large bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double bed, and one bedroom with single bed. There are two more bedrooms at the back of the villa: one twin and one single bedroom. One bathroom with shower and one bathroom with tub. - The second floor offers a spacious mansard bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The villa is surrounded by a garden (2800 m²) with immaculate lawn and direct access to the lake. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake or use the kayaks available. If the water level is low (normally during the summer season) a natural beach is created where you can put out the sun loungers and enjoy your private haven of peace. This vacation villa offers an enviable location within walking distance (300 m) of the centre of Baveno, a lakeside village with plenty of restaurants and cafés and a relaxing promenade along the lake. The ferry station takes you to the Borromean islands and all the other interesting parts of the lake, and the train station connects you conveniently with the centre of Milan. Baveno enjoys a very central position at Lake Maggiore facing the famous islands and just next to the town of Stresa (4 km), the most popular tourist resort of the lake. Swimming in the lake is possible.
