Summary: This fantastic penthouse apartment is both stylish and spacious. Flooded with natural light, and with not one but two terraces, this is a real gem of a space. Just two minutes from the train station, transport couldn't be easier, and you have plenty of shops and some great restaurants in easy walking distance. The bedrooms are both comfortable and the kitchen is vast, perfect for preparing meals and relaxing at the end of the day! The Space: This is a great penthouse apartment, accessed directly by an elevator (or stairs if you prefer). - Master bedroom with King-sized bed & ensuite - Second bedroom with double sofa bed - can also be used as a study if you are travelling for business - Terrace no. 1 - terrace off the second bedroom, spacious and with outdoor seating to enjoy the summer sun - Bathroom with bath/shower - Vast kitchen and sitting area, perfect for relaxing and preparing food. With a large TV, this is the perfect space to unwind in. - Terrace No. 2 off the kitchen, with great views of London. he master bedroom is comfortable, with a King bed & ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom is spacious with a great sofa bed. Haydon's Road Train Station is just 2 minutes walk away, and Wimbledon Tube & Overground station are 15 minutes walk away. From Haydon Road station, you can be in Central London within 30 minutes - the commute is made simple as the train goes directly into St Pancras, Blackfriars or Farringdon. Please note that parking is only available upon request. If you would like to arrange parking please contact prior to booking to confirm the availability. There is a cleaner who typically visits the property on Wednesdays for 3 hours, however this is subject to change - please note that there is a cleaning fee of £40 per week which is chargeable after the first week, if you are staying for longer than one week. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all the outside spaces, except for some cupboards which will be locked. Getting Around: Haydon's Road Train Station is just 2 minutes walk away, and Wimbledon Tube & Overground station are 15 minutes away. Other Things to Note: Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants. Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise. The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth. For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change. If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged. Please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours as a charge may apply. A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate. Interaction with Guests: I am available by phone, email, message, and in person if needed.
