Netflix, Stan & Disney channels), an ipod dock/speaker, big comfortable beds, pot belly fire and quality leather lounge suites in both living areas. The huge backyard is dog friendly and fully fenced. While you sit back and enjoy some local Margaret River wine and cheese on the deck, the kids will always be entertained with the array of games, trampoline and large play area. The home is within easy access by foot, or car, to many exciting and beautiful aspects of the Margaret River region. By foot, the home is 200m from the Rails for Trails forest path, and less than 10min from town or the river. It is also very close to the famous Pines mountain bike trails.
