Rent is for the entire 4-person, 2 bedroom holiday home, well equipped with room heaters, its own modern kitchen,oven, living /dining room and bathroom and private entrance from the Park. Parking is on site, free, no reservation required. Happy Days Chalet and Devonly Days Chalet are 100 yds apart, the same size, South facing, identical and to the same high standard, same facilities. Each chalet has 1 double bedroom, carpeted, including lovely white iron double bed for 2 people and also one twin bedroom, carpeted, with a modern triple bunkbed comprising a double bed with a single bed on top. Clean bed linen, bath mat and towels are provided at the start of each rental. The chalet is serviced between rentals only. The Kitchens are well equipped, with kettle, toaster, cutlery and utensils, crockery, pans, glasses, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The bathrooms contain a modern shower cubicle with glass door, wash-hand basin and toilet. There is a large utility cupboard with shelves, housing washing machine and tumble dryer. The homely Lounge diners include luxurious white leather sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is a foldable outside table with foldable seats in the utility cupboard- for Park use only. Electricity is via a meter which takes pound coins, set at around cost price. Please remember to bring coins with you . The park is discretely lit, however a small torch or mobile light is advisable for safer access, and for reading the key locker combination if you arrive after dark. Upon arrival, chalet keys are accessed via a small key locker box next to the front door. The locker combination code will be texted or e-mailed to you close to the arrival date, once funds are secured. Dartmouth Happy Days and Devonly Days Chalet sit in a row of self-catering holiday homes at Norton Park, Dartmouth,1.5 miles from town centre in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The refurbished 2 bedroom 4 person self-catering holiday rentals are completely self-contained, each with with private entrance, modern kitcen, bathroom, wc, well equipped with comfy beds,heaters, freeview TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave, stovetop, oven, all tastefully furnished to make you feel at home. Each with double bed in one bedroom and a triple bunk-bed comprising a double bed with a single bed on top, in the other. RentaI is for the entire chalet, not 'per room'. The park is quiet, as former park facilities are long gone. No wifi but good Internet access on your 4G Mobile. The chalets are identical and 20 metres apart, South facing and furnished in similar style with the same facilities. We rigorously follow government cleaning and sanitising guidelines, using a well-established local professional cleaning firm. The surrounding rural parkland is free for you to enjoy, with fine views across the River Dart. The main road is not suitable for pedestrians so a car is advisable, but buses stop at the Park entrance. If you love rambling, exploring rocky coves, swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing, sandy beaches and ancient towns such as Dartmouth and Totnes, or just want to relax in the glorious South Devon countryside, this place is for you.
