The fully detached and air-conditioned holiday villa boasts luxurious interior and exterior spaces designed to accommodate groups and families alike. Before retiring for the night to one of the seven spacious ensuite bedrooms guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area large enough to accommodate up to 14 people, making it possible for the whole group to enjoy meals together. The layout of the villa has been arranged for an indoor/outdoor living experience offering a full patio, private pools and seating for full or small group activities. There is a 43” LED Smart TV with Satellite channels and a separate 43” LED Smart TV for Video games and Karaoke. Large garden with a private pool, separate kids pool for relaxing while children are playing outdoors. The friendly staff will greet you on arrival and assist with your needs. Staff at the resort are there to ensure that you have a memorable experience. There is an additional charge for the cost of electricity used during your stay. Because guests' electricity usage varies so much, we have found it impossible to build it into our price. The electricity price is subject to actual use and is to be paid separately by guests in local currency on departure. Snorkeling and diving in the clear waters are a major past-time along this stretch and is the most environmentally friendly way to see the colorful fish that dart around. The coral sanctuary found along the coast of Hikkaduwa is a large shallow body of water enclosed by a reef, decorated with layers of multi-colored corals, and is home to countless numbers of vibrantly colored fish. Off the beach, there is a collection of small islets surrounded by beautiful coral formations. Many species of fish and large turtles are found here. There are more than four different shipwrecks for diving enthusiasts to explore along with dive shops offering PADI courses and equipment. I would suggest the glass-bottom boat excursions where you can see all kinds of sea life. Other options include deep-sea fishing and trips through the mangrove forest.
