Welcome to La Ciotat! Ideally located, with two outdoor spaces (balcony and terrace) and fully equipped, the flat Les Alouettes welcomes you for a pleasant stay as a couple, with family or friends. With shops nearby and an outdoor swimming pool (in the residence), you'll feel right at home! Linen is provided. Free Wifi access. The flat : It can accommodate up to 4 adults and a teenager (small extra bed not suitable for an adult). Located on the 2nd floor with lift, the 28 m² flat is composed as follows: - A bright living room with two large windows and direct access to a separate balcony and terrace. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV, large cupboards, a dining table for up to 6 guests (extension and folding chairs). - A sleeping area is available in the living room with a folding double bed that you can fold up. - A modern kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - A bathroom with a washbasin, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail, a washing machine and a toilet. Outside : - A secure 15 m² garage and free parking spaces are available nearby. - A lovely south-facing balcony of 10 m², decorated with aromatic plants and furnished with a table, chairs and an electric barbecue. - A 14 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture, two sunbeds and a parasol. - An outdoor swimming pool is available for shared ownership, unheated, open from June to September (subject to weather conditions and residence regulations). Wristbands are required for access and are available in the flat. Children are under the supervision of their parents. Finally, a soft way accessible to all allows you to go from the residence to the station or to the beach in a few minutes on a very pleasant pedestrian/bike path.
