Seascape - bungalow with superb accommodation

SLEEPS 8 & baby in 4 bedrooms: 2 King Size, 1 Twin and 1 set bunks Seascape is a superb, detached chalet bungalow with fantastic " sea views" over the Wash to the Lincolnshire coast from the first floor sitting room . The charming village of Old Hunstanton is a short walk with pubs, restaurants and safe, sandy beach. Hunstanton town centre is a lovely, ten minute walk along the cliff tops. The area is renowned for its bird watching, walks and water sports. Local restaurants are only a short walk and the West Norfolk coast and countryside with many interests such as Golf, Stately Homes, Bird Reserves, etc only minutes by car. Old Hunstanton Golf Links are just a short walk although there is a car park. The Norfolk Coastal Path is also close by. Ground floor; Entrance into hallway with two bedrooms; one with a king size bed with shower ensuite and the other with twins. Family bathroom having bath, ( hand held shower over) washbasin and WC. Separate WC and washbasin. Open plan living area with triple ceiling to floor patio doors to take advantage of the garden and patio. Freeview TV. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, and access to the conservatory which has a sea view and doors onto garden. First floor; Staircase to two more bedrooms: Master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC: Bedroom four has bunks. Shower room with washbasin, WC and shower. Upstairs sitting room with TV with picture window to take advantage of the superb views across the Wash and beyond. Garden; Lawns, patio and furniture. BBQ (provide your own charcoal). Parking: Amble parking off road on drive. No pets ( however please note for those with allergies that the owner brings her own dog). No Short Breaks. Guest reviews 2021 29.5.2021 Mrs C: Lovely property, would recommended, a home away from home, didn't want to leave, beautiful garden, fantastic location 1 - 8 May Mrs G B: We were in Hunstanton in early May in a cold and rainy week so we're not able to take full advantage of the beach on the doorstep or the lovely garden. However we still enjoyed the magnificent views from this property and all the comforts inside. It was very well equipped with everything you could need, including beach items in the garage to borrow. Only criticism is the lack of shelves, hooks and storage in some bedrooms and bathrooms. This is a common problem we find.. Comments noted and given to owner for future guests. Everything is just as nice as last year, really fell at home here, so have booked another 3 weeks next year. Sad to go home but knowing we will be back again makes it easier. Never seen so many butterflies as this year and also tiny birds. Visited all the places we love and had some lovely meals out. Beautiful bird songs. 13 April Smithson Lees and Woodroofs Families. What a lovely house ! I am sad that today we have to leave after such a lovely stay, aided by the lovely house. With a clean modern look and lots of room, I don't think you could rally ask for more. A lovely fair sized garden house a really fun Easter egg hunt but there are still 2 eggs left if another lucky guest want to have a look ! The garden had so many hiding places and was great for hide and seek ! The beds are very comfortable and living space is very spacious and comfortable. All in all a wonderful house which has fitted our needs perfectly. 16 -23 March Carey family Cheshire Had a really lovely week. Been incredibly lucky with the weather and were even able to sit outside ! . Had some nice walks and loved the house. Very comfortable. Hope to come back another time ! We have been booking with Norolk Holiday Homes since 2000, and not sure why we have failed to spot Seascape before now . Seascape is situated almost opposite the Light house, and is only a 10 minute walk in to Old Hunstanton, or 20 minutes in to Hunstanton. Old Hunstanton beach is easily accessed by walking past the lighthouse and cafe through the Cliff Top car park, and down the beach path. The Lighthouse Cafe does an all day breakfast, or just nip across for a coffee or ice cream. The Coastliner bus stops just a few doors away from the property. HUNSTANTON has always been very popular since it was built by the Victorians over a century ago. With its safe, sandy beaches, glorious panoramic west facing sunsets, host of entertainment and amusements, plus being within easy reach of a host of places of interest, it offers endless attractions to all who visit. Trips to Seal Island, Theatre, Sea Life Centre, water sports, shops, supermarkets, plenty of places to eat and drink and to visit from the fun fair at one end of the promenade to the striped cliffs at the other. There is a regular bus service along the coast and to Kings Lynn and beyond. There is something for everyone here! A perfect recipe for a perfect holiday in this beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No wonder so many people return regularly. All our properties are within easy reach of local amenities and we must not forget the regular ‘land train' service from South to North Hunstanton along the cliff tops.
