The house has 3 rooms and areas to watch TV, play or work. This beautifully decorated and with many details that make it very pleasant. At the same distance is the golf Pedreña, home of Severiano Ballesteros and also the nature park Cabarceno. For around the house there are fantastic walking paths and near a riding center and paddle tennis.
