In the Bahiazul residential complex in the north of Fuerteventura, on the outskirts of Corralejo and near the natural park of the Corralejo Dunes, the exclusive "Privè Royal Villa" is a dream accommodation near the beach. On its 2 floors it consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, American and espresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, water heater, etc.) 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and bathroom en suite with shower (one of them with 2 single beds connected to the main bedroom by a sliding door), as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet, so it can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional services include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a safe, a Smart-TV, a cot and a highchair (on request). The private outdoor area on the ground floor is impressive with a swimming pool with palm trees and a 120 m² rooftop terrace area with sun loungers. On the first floor is one of the main attractions of the house: the roof terrace, which has a Jacuzzi, a Balinese bed and a covered dining area where you can enjoy delicious dinners prepared on the large stone barbecue. It also has a private swimming pool with a heating system and an outdoor shower surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation. The nearest supermarket, Mercadona, is only 6 minutes away on foot (500 m) and there are restaurants 170 m away (2 minutes walk). The centre of Corralejo is 4 km (8 minutes drive) from the property and the picturesque marina is 5.7 km (10 minutes drive). The nearest beach, Playa del Pozo, is 8 km (5.2 km) east of the complex and Fuerteventura airport is 38 km (30 minutes drive) south. There is a parking space available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted. Breakfast and dinner service can be arranged for an extra charge; please contact the owner of the house after booking if you are interested. The swimming pool has a heating system activated from October 1st to April 30th.
