The villa has a large and lush private park in which you will have parking that takes you by steps to the main entrance of the villa, and then access to the upper terrace, where a large olive grove surrounds the beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, maximum height 2.20 meters, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas), whose position is extraordinary both for the view and exposure to the sun. For you a lovely veranda overlooking the valley will be the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset or just relax reading a book. From here you are in the large living area, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, living room and satellite TV, enriched also by a large stone fireplace. The living room leads to the first of three bedrooms, one twin room (on request convertible into double bed with direct access to the garden) and the bathroom. From the living room, by a beautiful wooden staircase you access the upper double room, the largest and most beautiful of the house, which also has a small sitting room/study and a single bed, and the lower double room on the ground floor, also characterized by a direct exit to the garden on the ground floor with a bathroom.
