This fine residence is absolutely perfectly located for those wishing to stroll to one of the many breathtaking beaches or fine restaurants that the town has to offer. The house consists of 4 king sized bedrooms, all furnished in Egyptian cotton and complete with 40 inch smart TVs. On top of the lavish family bathroom the house boasts 3 ensuite power shower wet rooms. Upstairs the panoramic ocean view sitting room is perfectly placed with an extensive view of the headlands off towards Watergate Bay as well as Porth Beach, an ideal setting in which you can enjoy the 55 inch smart TV. Downstairs, the modernised open plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. Here the stylish design is fulfilled with Philippe Starck-esque ghost chairs, a sleek white glass dining table and a granite effect work top island. Bifold doors spanning the length of the kitchen open up onto the garden patio and the sizeable Alexander Francis Rattan outdoor furniture, superb for alfresco dining. No luxury experience is complete without a hot tub and Driftwood is no exception. Panoramic views will greet your arrival to Newquay as the high cliffs drop into the Atlantic. This resort has become the UK’s lifestyle hotspot and a true mecca for surfing fans. The famous seven beaches are the heart of this town, Great Western, Tolcarne, Towan, Lusty Glaze, Porth and of course Fistral and Little Fistral. The original harbour still retains its fishing fleet and is a great place for one to relax and unwindin one of the waterside cafes. Attractions in the local area include a plethora of restaurants, a golf course, karting, Newquay Zoo, Pirates Quest, the Eden Project and many National Trust properties. Other Facilities: -Free wifi throughout the entire house -Off-road parking for several cars -Laundry facilities, including a Bosch washing machine and a tumble dryer Please note we supply 2 x Bath Towels for each bedroom. Please bring beach towels if required. We have a travel cot for those that need it, please bring bedding and a mattress for this should you need to use it. Changeover day is Saturday during peak season, we are able to be flexible off peak. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to ask! Dear guests, we are unable to absorb the total cost for professional contract cleaning, fresh linen and towels, waste removal, hot tub clean and fresh chemical balance. There will be an additional fee for stays at Driftwood House of £195.00. Thank you for your understanding. We aim to cater for family groups, we do not cater for all male or all female groups or parties. All bookings are requested to supply a list of names and ages of each guest . COVID 19- ACCESS and HELP When we are able to fulfil bookings we will need to change our check out time to 10am and the check in time to 4pm. This is at the request of our professional clean team who need to insure they are able to have the house cleaned to the very highest safety standard possible.
